- Change your passwords. Always a good idea to change your password once every six months or so on your iRecruit applicant tracking software. iRecruit passwords should contain at least one uppercase letter and at least one numeric character. For example JSmith87.
- Remove old account users that are no longer with your company. If you have one ore more recruiter or hiring manager still listed in iRecruit, though they are no longer employed with you, you can delete their accounts. This will make sure you are not billed for their accounts, and secondly, perhaps most importantly, they do not have access to your applicant information.
- Inactivate Requisitions you are no longer working with to remove them from your Active Requisitions page.
- In that same vein, delete old application forms, especially ones you created as tests, and are not in use.
- Is it time to archive old applicant data? Please let us know and we will take care of it for you. Call 1-800-517-9099 to arrange for archiving of old data whether it’s six months old, a year old or older.
- Attend a Recruiter Refresh class on March 30th at 2pm (Eastern Daylight Time) to brush up on your iRecruit knowledge and have any questions you have answered. Call us at 1-800-517-9099 to join this class.
Happy Spring!
