Using Your Existing Talent Pool To Recruit For A Position With iRecruit Correspondence


If you've been using iRecruit for a while, it's likely that you have several hundred, to several thousand contacts in your centralized applicant database. Why not take advantage?

Whether you have a difficult-to-fill position, want to get a jump on attracting applicants to a position, or have seasonal positions that you regularly see the same people for. Using your existing talent pool to recruit is a win-win.

If you have one new position, or many that are open, you can let potential applicants know by using iRecruit's correspondence packages.

To create a new Applicant Correspondence Package select "Correspondence" from your iRecruit Dashboard menu. Correspondence is broken down into four options: Employment Forms, Company Policies, Template Emails and Packages. Using these four sections you can add documents and create emails that can be sent to applicants.  Even attach a PDF of your job description(s) to send out if you'd like.

Don't forget you can also share your available positions with your built-in social networks on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
