Creating Custom Job Application Forms with iRecruit

Collecting the right information from applicants the first time is one of the most important things your applicant tracking software can do for you.  You may require every job applicant to your company to answer every question on a long-form style application form.

Or depending on the position you are recruiting for, you may need to customize your default application form to ask some job-specific questions. Or if recruiting at the executive level, you may just require contact information and a resume, and cover letter. If you're required to collect Affirmative Action information, that is also a consideration. You may also like to have pre-screening questions to help weed out the people who do not have the minimum qualifications for a position.

iRecruit Application Forms are made from different sections that can be customized to your needs.  Sections include: Personal Information, Availability for Work, Background, Education, Work Experience, Drivers Record/Experience, Certifications/Licenses, References, Security Assessment, Attachments, Affirmative Action.

There are over 270 different questions to select from to build a completely custom form that meets your needs.  With your custom form, it can be as long or as short as you require.

With iRecruit your online job application forms are completely customizable. You can build a form based on what your needs and requirements are. If the requirements change, iRecruit is flexible enough to change with you.
