iRecruit's integration with Indeed.com will allow iRecruit customers to expand their reach and improve visibility among potential job applicants and candidates.
Jobs that are automatically shared with Indeed.com from iRecruit will be included in Indeed.com's organic search results and it's network of websites. Indeed.com is the #1 job site worldwide, with over 50 million unique visitors and 1 billion job searches per month.
In addition to automatically including iRecruit customer’s job listings in Indeed.com’s organic search results, iRecruit also provides the ability to purchase a sponsored link on Indeed.com. This will allow the customer to select their maximum budget and increase visibility on Indeed.com search results for their sponsored position.
iRecruit will also automatically track all candidates who apply via Indeed.com, making it simple to report on the candidate source to take ROI on recruiting efforts.
